The House is receiving names. It is not selling anything, and it is not taking money. What follows is the whole of it.

What this is
A private conceptual project. It describes a closed edition of digital collectibles that has not been issued, and records expressions of interest in it. Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to treat, a prospectus, a subscription or a sale.

Nothing is offered
No stone is issued, offered, reserved, allocated or sold. The 100 entries in the register exist as a concept and carry no holder. Submitting a request creates no reservation, allocation, priority, queue position, ownership or right to acquire anything, now or later.

No money is accepted
No funds, deposits, payments, crypto-assets or transfers of any kind are accepted through this site or in connection with it. No payment instructions are published. Do not send money. Any transfer received would be returned.

No economic rights
Were a stone ever to be issued, it would carry no yield, dividend, interest, profit share, governance right, redemption right, guaranteed liquidity or secondary market. There is no expectation of profit derived from the efforts of others.

Any future acquisition
Any possible acquisition in the future would require a separate legal review, anti-money-laundering compliance, a banking structure and an individually executed written contract. Until all of those are complete, nothing proceeds. Up to 10 transfers per stone is a design of the concept, not a commitment.

No response is promised
A request may be read and never answered. There is no service level, no deadline and no queue. Silence is a possible and common outcome.

This is a plain description of the current state of a private project. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it is not a legal opinion. It has not been reviewed by counsel.

What happens to your name.
- Who is responsible
- ILLVMINATI is operated by רפאל לגזיאל, trading as RYL Ventures, Israel. Privacy questions and data requests: welcomeilluminati@proton.me.
- What is collected
- Only what you type into the request form: the name you would like considered, your country of residence, an email address, and your answer to a single question. Nothing else. No identity documents, no proof of funds, no wealth declaration, no wallet address, no political exposure data.
- Why
- To read your request, to decide internally whether to examine it further, and to contact you privately if the House wishes to. For nothing else. It is not used for advertising, profiling, scoring or sale to third parties.
- Legal basis
- Your consent, given by submitting the form, together with the legitimate interest of the project in assessing and responding to unsolicited approaches. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to the contact above.
- Technical record
- A keyed, shortened fingerprint of the network address the request came from is kept purely to limit abuse of the form. The address itself is not stored. The fingerprint is not used to identify, track or profile you.
- How long
- Until the project is abandoned or you ask for erasure, whichever comes first. There is no legal retention obligation, because no transaction takes place.
- Who else sees it
- The hosting provider, as a technical processor. There are no analytics, no advertising tools, no profiling tools and no third-party trackers on this site. The only cookie set is the session cookie, and only if you sign in.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to the contact above.
